The military communication is the effective way of transmitting orders, Wireless communication is the main means of military communications, many of the current high-tech weaponry, like fighter plane, warship, submarine, satellite, missile, etc, that all under the control of wireless communication. So, the communication security is very important. And the present and the future needed communication system is able to adapt to the new battlefield. The FH communication theory system with anti-jamming performance will ensure the security of military communication in a certain extent. The IT-based warfare such as Malvinas and Gulf War, which ensure that reliability and superiority of the FH communication.This paper based on FH Communication, taking advantage of what the OFDM multi-carrier characteristics generate the FH frequency, comes a different frequency hopping mode, called FH-OFDM. This paper detailed introduces FH-OFDM, and declares the FH-OFDM system advantage come from the convention. The main content in this paper involves that:the conception and principle of conventional FH communication, as well as the advantages and disadvantages; the conception and principle of OFDM, as well as the advantages and disadvantages; The scheme which FH and OFDM combined, and technology advantage; The conception of FH-OFDM system carrier synchronization and the carrier synchronization scheme of system.The Chapter 4:FH-OFDM Carrier Synchronization Scheme, which is a important one in this paper. The frequency offset estimation arithmetic mentioned in this chapter is the key to solve the problem of synchronization, and ensure that FH communication smooth connection. This chapter mainly introduced the algorithm of ML (maximum likelihood algorithm), NL (blind estimation algorithm), SR algorithm and improved reconstruction algorithm. The paper through a series of simulation proves that the FH-OFDM system has superior performance of anti-jamming in difficult to capture, and it verified that SR refactoring method is the best way to solve this problem. It can be able to solve the problem of deviation in the system of OFDM, through the system frequency deviation compensation to realize the synchronous transmission of information.
