In order to solve the problem of measurement-control signal communication in situation, we propose a detail project that the LONWORKS technique is transplanted to high-voltage power line in this paper. After analyzing the noise in the high frequency carrier channel and computing the parameter of channel, we solved the kernel problems of coupling and matched impedance. Separate designing the power, power amplification, port, transceiver and other circuits, we fitted together all circuits become the whole LONWORKS node circuit, and then triumphantly debugged it. Based on the hardware designed and the original LonTalk protocol, a layer protocol of channel examination and file transfer is appended in this paper, which is realized with Neuron C. in the process of integrated debugging, we found that the rate of successful communication is lower, and then we improved some circuit of the node hardware and analyzed the system's frame-error, after that we tested the whole system in the work field.At the end of this paper, we contrasted and analyzed the two communication techniques about the power line, and point out their adapted application area. And then, in order to conveniently examine the effect of all kinds of OFDM arithmetic about power line, we took out a realization alternative for the arithmetic examination equipment.
