The SWOT Analysis On Green Building Promotion Countermeasures

With the protection of the ecological environment and the reduction of the use of resources has become a consensus. To achieve sustainable development and accelerat e the transformation of the mode of development of China’s urban and rural constructi on, promotion of green building has become a important task of the government in th e future. Our country has promoted green building ten years ago, and relevant policies and regulations have formed. Green building construction technology has also made considerable progress. However, the development of green building in underdevelopm ent area is still in infancy due to restrictions of economic development.Bengbu City has promoted green building in 2012 and in 2014 Anhui Province declared that the port zone of Bengbu as green ecological demonstration town. In the Northern Areas green building has started early and developed rapidly. However, ther e still some problems compared with economically developed areas, such as how to p romote, how to make green buildings to be widely accepted and implementedBased on the external theory, theory of planned behavior, this article analysed th e relationship between the participating bodies in promotion of green building. Comp ared with the green building development status and characteristics in Shanghai, Jiang su and Zhejiang provinces, then analysed suitable methods of green building develop ment. In the article, the writer introduced the promotion status of green building in B engbu, analysed the main problems, used SWOT to analysis Bengbu green building m arketing strategies according to government marketing theory. Then presented several suggestions to promote green building according to Bengbu City.Using organizationa 1 system to improve the responsibility of government, Developing local adaptation of regulations, policies. Enhancing the technical level and quality of green building. Pla nning properly to make a clear object of development of green building.
