The Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Green Public Building In Xi'an

Because of the high level energy consumption of public buildings, the energy consumption of large-scale public buildings in total energy consumption of civil engineering has held a large proportion. As a result, the implementation and promotion of the green public buildings, is to the benefit of improving the quality of living environment, relieving urban environmental pressures, improving urban ecological environment, building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.This thesis is based on the document literatures at home and abroad, through the research of the popular evaluation standard of green public building, puts forward Xi'an BREEAM evaluation standard of green public building.At first, this thesis introduce the basic theory of green public building, mainly explain the connotation and denotation of it, and briefly introduce the basic situation of domestic and overseas evaluation standard of green public building.Secondly, this thesis discuss in detail the features, principles and methods of BREEAM evaluation standard of green public building, mainly introduce the concrete content of each indicator and indicator weight of BREEAM evaluation standard.Again, according to the view of system theory and the scientific concept of development, combining the various levels and requirement of green evaluation of public building, set up BREEAM indicator system in Xi'an green public buildings.After that, we should adopt ANP to analyze the weight coefficient of indicator system, establish multiple evaluation target, multiple evaluation factors and multiple evaluation levels for green public buildings evaluation system.Finally, using this evaluation standard to analyze the practical engineering of Xi'an, in order to verify its science, practicality and operationality.
