Earthquake is a kind of dangerous natural phenomenon, its occurrence process with randomness and unpredictability, seismic moment release energy level is bigger, will directly cause houses collapsed, and geographical landscape change, bring huge influence to people’s production life. Jilin yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture is located in the world the strongest circum-pacific seismic belt, seismic activity, geological structure is complex, is the only deep source in China mainland, shallow earthquake source coexistence in earthquakes and volcanic activity, identified as in fracture with 13, article 11 of the along the fault zone of strong earthquake or swarm activity, are visible in yanbian area in jilin province township survey vibration resistance and house renovation design, has strong theoretical and practical significance, on the one hand can improve and reform of township residents dangerous house, effective guarantee people’s production and living, assuming that the earthquake on the other hand, through the housing renovation design, effectively reduce the social material financial loss. In this paper, main work is as follows:1.the part of the villages and towns in yenji region sampling field visit and questionnaire survey, research areas include three city nine town:promoting the hunchun, helong, provice, and three cities has hada door town, letter town, ma drops of town; Nanping town, old town township, LuGuo town; A mountain, sanhe town, BaiJin Town. General situation of research region description, township building material selection and structure characteristics of the analysis, at the same time, will the actual visit and questionnaire research, sorting and statistical data, seismic structural performance analysis for the next step to provide apriority knowledge accumulation.2.earthquake damage mechanism due to drive the ground movement, enables the building cannot withstand inertial force, damage to buildings. Through modeling and simulation platform for building structure simulated earthquake under the action of seismic wave, the structure dynamic performance, structural damage, has been recognized by many researchers. For the selected yanbian area 3,6 town based on the results of the survey, selection of the construction of villages and towns in the near future double masonry and concrete frame structure as the research object, select material stress-strain relationship and principles of damage. To establish the finite element simulation model of residential building entity, the use of building structure dynamic analysis method, to determine construction characteristic parameters, structure modal, seismic reflection spectrum model, built in masonry structure and frame structure dynamics analysis, it is concluded that the earthquake under the action of two kinds of structure dynamics.3. for the investigation of yanbian area brick masonry and reinforced concrete structure, and the simulation seismic spectrum dynamics analysis, from the analysis result shows that double brick masonry building structure in the region, cannot meet the seismic design protection standards. There are some deficiency in the structural design. For brick masonry building structure problems, corresponding renovation design, make it meet the requirements of seismic code related. First, existing in yanbian township masonry structure is not in conformity with the corresponding specification places described, secondly, the research on masonry structure layout adopts reasonable design, once again, for masonry structure roof truss design improvements, in the end, the new structure for the modification of the proposed brick masonry, implementation based on the kinetics of seismic spectrum analysis, validate the proposed corresponding improved measures and the design scheme is reasonable.
