Seismic Inspection And Strengthening Measures Research On Rural Housing Structures In Fei Xian County

With the development of the rural economy and the enhancement of comprehensive national strength, In order to improve the living standards of farmers, the new rural construction of China is trending to the upgrade higher. Under the leadership of the policies such as the renovation projects and the constructions of new countryside etc., the rural housing construction of Shandong Province has made significant changes. However, due to the lack of unified planning and management, without a sound management mechanism and supervision measures, unconsidered the housing conditions, structure design regular, reasonable construction process and material selection, most of the rural housing constructions are lack on the action of disaster and seismic.According to the Ministry of Construction about "the construction of beautiful countryside", this paper has carried on thorough investigations, summary analysis of the present situations, especially the assessment of seismic performance of the rural housing in Feixian that is high-amplitude seismic fortify area. Furthermore the paper combined with the help of “ the technical guidelines of dangerous building appraisal of rural construction(for Trial Implementation)” published in 2009, and analyzed the current characteristics and risk of behalf of rural housing, pointed out the security risks, put forward reasonable countermeasures according to the factors of structure type, load distribution, component size, slope, deformation, crack damage, relevant reinforcement standard and shaking table test research. The research results of this paper can provide reference for Linyi rural housing reconstruction and new constructions, and promoted to the construction of the new rural and urbanization.
