| The concrete bearing wall structure system of EPS module is a new thermalinsulation structure system, the system will make EPS module into the cavity wallthrough modular staggered joint, and then according to the design requirements ofbuilt-reinforced poured concrete, eventually it can become integrated composite wall ofthermal insulation and bearing capacity. The system has the advantages of high strength,convenient construction, disassembling free mold, excellent insulating performance, andit has the broad application prospects in the village and town construction. But the wallhas the obvious differences with the traditional shear wall, and the minimum wallthickness, the minimum reinforcement ratio and wall construction measures existing inthe norms of the shear wall, which are not very applicable to use to build low-levelvillage buildings.This paper first introduces the main construction measures and constructiontechnology of EPS module with low layer cast-in-place reinforced concrete structuralsystem of the bearing wall, and then using the finite element software ABAQUS,considering the influence of the EPS module concrete wall specimens with differentaspect ratio, concrete strength, axial compression ratio, reinforcement ratio and edgestructure and other factors on the mechanical properties of the wall. We can establish38analog modules EPS concrete wall full scale model of the specimen, and through theelastic-plastic analysis, the wall bearing capacity and deformation capacity arediscussed, and the uniform embedded EPS core rib concrete wall of equivalent simplification method is studied. Finally, when made the rural housing construction asan example, we can set up two EPS modules concrete wall after equivalent of buildingmodel, and discusses the seismic performance of the whole structure. The mainconclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The EPS module of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete bearing wall structuresystem, and it realizes the transformation of wet operation to the factoryindustrialization, which greatly improves the efficiency of rural construction;Meanwhile, the simultaneous construction of structure bearing wall and thermalinsulation engineering, solves the problems the new homes "after wearingcotton-padded clothes", and the economic, social, environmental comprehensive benefitis remarkable.(2)Walls load simulation and analysis results show that under certain conditions ofthe wall thickness (the structure system of low-rise housing building, the wall thicknessgenerally takes130mm), the wall height to width ratio on mechanical propertiesinfluenced significantly, with high aspect ratio increasing, the lower level of thecomponent of horizontal bearing capacity, and ductility enhancement; axial compressionratio is in the range of0.2to0.3, the horizontal bearing capacity and ductility indexwalls are more reasonable.(3)The analysis shows that the shear strength is not less than0.49Mpa of a singlerow steel bars of the cast-in-place concrete wall in their EPS conversion module, fargreater than the use of M10mortar masonry strength; When the wall edge add edgeartifacts and strengthen steel, mechanical properties of the wall also improvedsignificantly. Comprehensive analysis shows that,130mm thick EPS module castconcrete block wall can completely satisfy the requirements for seismic resistance of1~2layers of the farmhouse.(4)Due to the special structure of EPS concrete block wall, when the wall piece ofpractical analysis should be equivalent. Through comparative analyses, considering twofactors of initial elastic stiffness and load capacity, this paper considers the130mm thickEPS module concrete wall is equivalent to a relatively reasonable110mm thick concretewall heart.(5)2layers EPS module housing overall elastic plastic analysis shows that the structure under rare earthquake of8degrees, the largest interlayer displacement Angleat1/5410, in9degrees under severe earthquake action, the maximum displacementbetween layers is1/3929, the structure is still at the elastic stage, and it does notproduce obvious plastic deformation, which fully meets the requirements of seismicfortification is "earthquake does not fall" in our country. |
