| Recent years,the earthquakes have caused huge loss of economic and people?s life.Especially,the damage of rural housing become serious because that the rural buildings themselves have a poor seismic capability and lack the design code as well as bad construction.Thus,it is necessary to focus on the issues of assessment for the rural housing and specific seismic measures.This thesis takes Shandong Province rural area for example,based on the previous report survey of rural housing,summary the features of different structures and their problem,meanwhile,analyze the seismic assessment method and seismic isolation,then propose the particular suggestions.(1)Relied on the survey outcomes of Shandong Province rural buildings,summary the structural feature and distribution for buildings,then state the potential problems and make specific suggestions.(2)Analysis the seismic assessment method,particularly introduce the content of FEMA-154 Rapid Visual Screening and concentrate on the aspects of features,the precondition and the requirement to fill in the survey form.Compare with Chinese Seismic Assessment and verify the feasibility of RVS that is applied in China and verify this method with an example in Linyi.(3)Analysis the research development and trend of seismic isolation,summary the most typical isolation techniques and illustrate the mechanism of working,then point out the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and propose the suitable ways that is the low-cost seismic isolation.(4)Apply the SAP 2000 to run the time-history analysis for different seismic isolation systems,and compare the shear,acceleration,and displacement of them,then analyze the advantages and disadvantages,finally propose a suitable plan of seismic isolation system combined with the characteristic.(5)Introduce the main structural measures for rural housing seismic isolation at present,summary the advantages and analyze the design issues that might occur,then propose the suggestions for the next stage. |
