Research On System And Variety Design Of Industrialized House Based On PCa Technology

Under the influence of environmental pollution aggravation, increased labor costs and other factors, the problems of large-scale and rapid residence construction was built by traditional way gradually present out. According to the residential construction planning in China, demand for residential construction in China has been basically satisfied by 2015 and now pay greater attention to the improvement of quality. It is necessary to develop Industrialization housing and transform productive modes in order to achieve the modernization of residential industry and meet the higher demand for residence. Under the circumstances that the strong policy of the government drove, China will continue to vigorously develop industrialized house that take system of PCa assembly residence as core, has a certain level of technology and standard basis.PCa, namely the prefabricated concrete technology, is a construction model that uses precast element and field assembly. PCa assembly residence based on standardized design is economical and high efficiency to meet the large-scale construction in China but lack of design strategies in the face of increasingly multiple residence demand. How to coordinate the relationship between standardization and diversification, has drawn more and more attention and thoughts of architect. In South China, variety design exploration of PCa assembly residence based on standardization has occurred.Europe, Japan and other places of Industrialized house started very early, and through long-term process of mass production, perfect system, diversified design exploration and sustainable development, accumulating rich development experience which is referential to system and variety design for PCa assembly residence in China.This paper focuses on the comparative study between domestic and foreign status of PCa assembly residences system and diversified design. Through consulting literature and field investigation, system and variety design of Industrial house based on PCa technology were studied by systematic study and analysis and reference foreign advanced design concepts and technology system.At first, this paper introduces the history and tends of PCa assembly residence. Then through case analysis, the domestic and foreign status from variety design and system were summarized and comparing study were employed. Variety design method was summarized form technology system and design by studying foreign advanced theories and practice.
