Research On Fire Management Of Tall Buildings

With the rapid development of China’s social and economic, the commercial activities is becoming more and more frequent in cities, the population of cities is increasing rapidly, the quality of people’s lives is increasing better, office and residential place expands unceasingly, all of that result in a shortage of land resources, the development of urban construction come to the trend of high-rise. Most of the tall buildings are important comprehensive commercial buildings and landmarks, what possess unique design, complicated structure, multiple functions; it is both the symbol of modern science and technology and symbol of prosperity. A large tall building, often set habitancy, office, finance, shopping, dining and entertainment and bear so many people. The tall building is a common problem faced by the whole society because of fire and electric power consumption, interior combustible materials, more complex personnel, concentration wealth, potential fire danger and difficult fire management. Therefore, it is an important subject that analyzing fire risk and the existing problems of the tall building, and studying the countermeasures of fire prevention of fire management in China.In this paper the research direction is analyzing the current situation of fire management according to the summary of fire management theory, and then dissecting the problems in fire management of tall buildings, finally offering the soluting measures and suggestions. The research object is firemanagement of tall buildings.⑴ It mainly introduce the background and significance of the title, the researching contents and methods, current situation of the research;⑵ It introduces the meaning of fire and fire management, then it introduces the subject 、 the object and the responsibilities of fire management;⑶ It points out the problems in fire management of tall buildings and offers the soluting countermeasures; ⑷ It demonstrates the importance of tall building fire management according to analyzing domestic representative projects; ⑸ It summarizes and forecast the conclusion of the paper. It will mainly introduce current situation and character of tall building fire management in China, and analyse the problems in fire management of tall buildings and try to analyse the reasons of the problems, point out the new countermeasures and avenues of fire management, and thereby construct the fire management model that is suitable for social development of China.
