| Aiming at the traditional signal analyzer shortcomings such as single function, expensive, difficult to modify, inconvenience, this paper introduces a virtual signal analyzer which use STM32F407ZGT6 as DAQ data acquisition card core chip, LabWindows/CVI as a multi-function software development platform, the virtual signal analyzer has a single-channel and dual-channel signal acquisition, time domain signal display and analysis signal spectrum display and analysis pseudo random signal generator and cross-correlation function calculation etc.A STM32F4 development board is applied to be the basis for the additional circuit design and modification and the program by using MDK 5.0 programing has been burn to data acquisition card, so that it can carry out the signal acquisition by mission requirements, processing and transport. The computer software has designed on LabWindows/CVI platform by using modular design and multi-threaded design technology, the functions to be achieved have been divided into several corresponding modules to improve programming efficiency, and facilitate post debug and modify the program. While the response processing and signal acquisition and display interactive interface separated into two threads running, greatly reducing the waiting time and promoting the system efficiency.The signal tests show that the basic functions of virtual signal analyzer have been fully realized, the signal analysis results are correct and reliable to meet the needs of the common signal acquisition and analysis. Possible factors leading to errors generated during the test for the experiment were analyzed, discussed possible ways to reduce errors, and virtual instrument metrology, calibration process matters attention needs to be discussed. |
