Hematology analyzer is one of the important basic medical clinical devices.Based on the functional improvement of the 3-diff hematology analyzer,the development and implementation of control and management software for multi-function hematology analyzer with blood analysis assisted by C-reactive protein detection are systematically studied in the dissertation.The hemoglobin in the system is measured on Lambert-Beer law,with blood cell being measured from its resistance,C-reactive protein measured with Nephelometry.Dual processor framework(ARM-DSP)is adopted in the system.Former/background software structure is used in the TMS320F2812 DSP as the controller of the system and Linux operation system is ported to the AM3358 processor which adopt the hierarchical software structure as the management machine of the system.They communicate with each other with CAN bus interface to realize the cell's counting and expanded biochemical analysis.Firstly,the background and motivations of the research status and development of the research topic are proposed,with realted works summarized and discussed.The requirement of assay system are analyzed from the aspects of function,hardware and software interfaces.The overall design of the multi-functional hematology analyzer is presented.The high-performance processor AM3358 is chosen for core of the management modul based on the existing hematology analyzer,which promotes running speed,storge and expansion capabilities.To enhance the scalability of the system,the hardware platform of control module is optimized,FPGA and high-precision ADC are used to achieve parallel acquisition of multi-channel signals,extending the various standard hardware interfaces.On this basis,the implementation of the control software is discussed,the underlying functional modules based on the CAN bus communication,detection process,signal acquisition and the automatic upgrade of DSP program are given in detail.Furthermore,around variety of detection modes,detection process management,data storage management functions,expanded bio-quantity project management,and precision control,the design and implementation of the management software based on Linux system is discussed.In addition,the multi-language implementation is presented.In the end,the performance evaluation is given by this dissertation,indicating good reliability,stability and easy portability.
