High-speed railway operation organization is an important safeguard which makes sure high-speed rail safely and reliably operate and meets the demand of passengers and ensures the economic of railway and the benefits of social. Passenger train stops schedule plan and train diagram is the heart of the high-speed train operation plan, both of which have close interaction, study on the collaborative optimization theory and methods of two problems will have important practical significance to improve the quality of stops programming and the service level of passengers, as well as the efficiency of railway transportation.At first, this paper expounds the concept and the basic elements of high-speed rail stops schedule plan, the classification and the combination pattern and its applicability for every pattern, analyzes the key factors of the stops programming. On the basis of research on passenger transportation planning process, the plan preparation process of high speed railway stops schedule plan is presented.Then, the paper analyzes the stops setting balance of the high-speed train,and consider stop set should satisfy three aspects which are the equilibrium based on single station stop time,single train stop distribution and the same train stop times; And study the coordination method between stops setting and transfer passenger flow by analyzing the behavior of passengers transfer, stop the program’s interaction with the passenger transfer; And research the high-speed railway stops scheme impacts on the passing capacity by calculate the empty time with different stops schedule plan.On this basis, this paper deeply analysis the necessary and the key issues of the collaborative optimization of high-speed railway passenger train stops plan with train working diagram. Build a collaborative optimization model based on the balance, and designs the algorithm.Finally, this paper uses Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line as the background, constructs the collaborative optimization examples of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway passenger train stop plan and train diagram based on the balance, and optimize the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway stops scheme, get a satisfactory optimization results, with the comparison and analysis, the optimized scheme is superior to the existing stops. |
