Since the high-speed railway train scheme is regarded as the important part of the transportation organization, and it can reflect the operating strategy and service quality of passenger transport, its stop schedule plan comes to be a key to train running plan. Hence, it has a substantial reality to conduct the scientific analysis and reasonable design for the stop schedule plan.Learning from previous research results of the stop schedule plan in the domestic and overseas, the paper researched its elements and types. Also, it analysed the influence factors and discussed the following principles on the base of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway:meet the needs of passengers, provide conveniences to passengers’traveling, take good use of transport capacity, reduce rail transportation costs, and so on.We can know from the foregoing, there are many influence factors for stop schedule plan, this paper focused on the impact that stop schedule plan took to the transport capacity. By painting different train running lines and calculating the corresponding loss of time, this paper summed up the following setting methods to stop schedule plan by making full use of transport capacity:like setting the stops number of the same level train is as close as possible.On the basis of above research, and combined with the characteristics of our country’s stop schedule plans, this paper came up with the method to calculate the probability of train stopping. Making the stop time of different train passes through the same station and the stations that a single train passes by all balanced, which aims to conduct a multi-objective optimization based on the probability of train stopping, and design heuristic randomized searching algorithm to solve the model. At last, the application of the model of Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway is analyzed, and gains a satisfying stop solution, which can prove the model and the algorithm are effective and validity.
