Research On Developing Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Expressway Greening In Xi’An

In last decades, there are huge pressures on the city supporting facilities because of the fast city development, the area continuous expand, and the fast increasing population in Xi’an, especially could obviously been seen on the affection of Xi’an urban road and traffic, and environment. Meanwhile, it strongly stimulates the improvement of the city construction level, and promotes the construction and improvement of the supporting urban road greening system. The urban road construction is the very important part in the urban master planning, and the road periphery environment greening and the sight designing is the very important sign on evaluating the city’s development and civilization degree. The ring expressway of Xi’an is the first window showing the city appearance to the outer world. Its road greening sight can be the portal sight of Xi’an city, and it has a very important status in Xi’an whole greening system. Searching and improving the landscaping sight construction of the urban expressway have the quite important meanings for the city fast developing.This essay analyses and researches Xi’an expressway’s landscaping designing and its advantages such as greening and maintaining, and existing problems according to reviewing large amount of documentation, combining with personal practical work, which took onsite investigation of Xi’an expressway greening and its sight construction. 1. There’s no division between the road construction and greening construction; 2. The greening plant was single configuration, with low identification; 3. The later greening maintenances could not follow up. According to Xi’an historical and cultural background and territorial environment, together with social economic development, the author took serious analysis on those problems existed in Xi’an expressway greening, found out the reasons, and then advised that Xi’an expressway landscaping construction shall: 1. Strengthening the prophase investigation and greening master management, making good landscaping construction planning adapting to the circumstances; 2. Reasonably equipping the greening plant, and scientifically planting the outer plant species; 3. Strengthening the post greening maintenance management.The greening construction of the urban expressway shall follow the principles that adapting to circumstances and planning reasonably. On one hand, emphasis the sight affection, on the other hand, pay attention on the function of greening to improve the safety. Based on the level of ecology and overall situation, then can handle with the harmonious relationship between people and the nature.
