Development Problem And Countermeasure Research Of Hebei Province Expressway

In 1987,the first expressway was constructed in Hebei province. For over twenty years, the expressway has been demonstrated the strong vitality and have made great contribution to the social economic development under the guidance of Hebei province government. But at the same time, We must recognize that expressway in Hebei province has been still in an immature stage, the policies and laws, management system and operation mechanism of expressway has been imperfect,and during the development of expressway, there are still some outstanding problems,that influenced the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of the expressway in Hebei province. In the domestic ec onomic development,Hebei province lie in relatively weak position。The expressway is the important basic infrastructure, and is the the roll booster of the development of Hebei province. The sustainable development will concern entire province economic construction. So, the sustainable development of Hebei province should be energetically promoted to lift the service level for Economic Development completely, that will promote the coordinated development of social economy.By using the method of literature studies and experts interview, the expressway present situation at home and abroad has been investigated, and then the deep analysis was done to the result of the investigation; on the base of reference the expressway relevant theories, a large amount research results of the domestic and foreign expressway development was referred; some outstanding problems the Hebei province are faced, the deep cause for the problem and influence were discribed comprehensively; and then the aim ang general idea of Hebei province was summarized, and on this basis, some policy recommendations was proposed. Only through strengthening the construction of legal system, improve service level of highway system; improving contents of science and technology in expressway construction and operations, change service concept; strengthen expressway cultural development, create a construction and management team with good general quality, the Hebei expressway will provide a strong support for the social development, regional economy and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, then the modern expressway will be constructed, and that wil propell economic growth by the rapid development.
