For a long time, our country just do simple ground stacking or landfill disposal for dealing with waste tire, which is easily to cause potential environmental pollution and fire risk. What’s more, this method cannot effectively deal with the increasing of waste rubber tire. The main methods of dealing whit waste tire include: producting reclaimed rubber, rubber powder production and energy incineration. Therefore, the Guangxi Nanning Guangyuan fine rubber powder factory products the waste tire rubber powder instead of sand preparation of rubber powder modified cement concrete. Combining the indoor test and test road paving, we get the following conclusions:(1) From concrete mechanics mixed with 20, 40, 60 three kinds of rubber powder fineness, we analysis the changes of the work, study the rubber powder fineness on concrete properties, and consider the economics of rubber powder, so we determine to select 40 mesh rubber powder particles.(3) We analysis from different content of rubber powder in cement concrete, dry shrinkage, wear-resisting, anti permeability, abrasion and road performance, finding that the road performance index found rubber powder best alternative volume 3.0 ~ 3.5%.(4) By measuring the speed of cement concrete with different rubber powder substitution rate damping ratio and the ultrasonic propagation speed, the analysis shows that the incorporation of rubber can effectively reduce the noise of concrete pavement, beneficial to driving comfort and environmental protection.(5) We use SEM to observe the internal structure of rubber cement concrete, finding that there are three different interfacial properties in cement concrete internal of rubber powder. The generation of these three different interfacial properties and the proportion of rubber powder are related to the amount of rubber powder content. When the rubber content is less than 3.5%, rubber cement concrete internally generated interface to class I and II mainly. What’more, the first and second class interface is stable and not easy to rupture.(6) Combining with the climate characteristics of Guangxi, we study the high temperature stability of rubber cement concrete, high temperature durability and stability at low temperature. When the content of rubber powder is about 3.5%, the stability of high temperature, the concrete durability under high temperature and low temperature stability are optimal.(7) Finally, we complete the construction and related testing ofworkconstruction of the first road in the domestic rubber powder cement concrete pavement which starts from Yongning to Pubei secondary highway Qinzhou section No.1 K60+750 ~ K61+250.
