Rubber concrete and rubber powder mortar are formed by mixing rubber particle orpowder made of waste rubber into ordinary concrete and mortar, science researchersthink it has become a hot study.And it is of great significance. The research not only usesthe waste rubber, and developes the grouting materials of better drying shrinkageperformance and better antifreeze performance for void beneath cement concret slab.In this paper, the research is based on the past rubber concret and rubber cementmortar research achievements. First of all, the ordinary mortar components were studiedwith orthogonal test on the strength, fluidity and drying shrinkage performance of themortar, the results prove that if the test index changes, the sequence of influence degreeof each composition and the optimal level combination will change also; Secondly, thecomprehensive test of puting rubber powder content, mesh as factors is researched onphysical and mechanical properties, including the setting time, strength, fluidity, dryshrinkage and antifreeze performance of rubber powder mortar, and the mechanism isanalysed briefly, research results show that: the rubber powder as fine aggregate mixedinto the mortar can really change some properties of fresh and hardened cement paste. Inthe study, after adding rubber powder into ordinary mortar, mortar has longer setting time,lower strength, better water retention, better anfreeze performance, but poor liquidity,lower drying shrinkage rate. And the more content and the higher mesh of the rubberpowder, the longer setting time, the lower strength, the better water retention, the betterantifreeze performance, but the poor liquidity, the lower drying shrinkage rate; regardingsegregation, fluidity, the cube12hours compressive strength and14days watering dryshrinkage as test index, using the three factors and two levels orthogonal table to arrangeexperiment, taking the requirement of void beneath cement concret slab of groutingmaterials measure, carry on the optimal proportion of cement grouting material. After test,the optimal proportion for rubber powder grounting material: cement: sand: waterreducing agent: expansive agent: water=1:0.32:0.015(60meshes):0.01:0.12:0.45, andtest results of the basic performance can meet the standard requirements of void beneaththe cement concret slab grouting material.
