By adding waste rubber powder made from waste tires to cement concrete,not only can reduce the environmental pollution of waste tires,but also improve the material properties of cement concrete.In this paper,the waste rubber powder with different particle size and different content is added into the concrete,the pavement performance of crumb rubber cement concrete was studied,on this basis,the structural mechanical response of waste rubber powder cement concrete pavement and the effect of early opening traffic on cement concrete pavement were systematically analyzed,specific research contents are as follows:(1)Determine the proportion of each component of the raw material by calculation and trial distribution,the Box-Behnken central composite design was carried out by response surface method to three main factors which affect the pavement performance of waste rubber powder cement concrete,such as water cement ratio,sand rate and the amount of waste rubber powder,finally,the effect of water cement ratio,sand ratio and the amount of waste rubber powder on the performance of cement concrete is analyzed.(2)Through the waste rubber powder cement concrete compression,bending,dynamic modulus and impact performance test,the mechanical properties of cement concrete after adding waste rubber powder were studied.Then,rubber ball impact method and ultrasonic method were used to study the effect of waste rubber powder on the noise reduction performance of cement concrete.Finally,the effect of rubber powder on the durability of cement concrete was studied by shrinkage test,frost resistance test and resistance to chloride ion permeation test.(3)The effect of design parameters and plate size changes on the pavement structure mechanical response of the waste rubber powder cement concrete pavement under the vehicle load,temperature load and traffic temperature load is studied.meanwhile,considering the effect of dynamic load,the effect of design parameters and running speed of cement concrete pavement on the mechanical response of cement concrete pavement structure is studied.(4)Building the life loss model of waste rubber powder cement concrete pavement based on Miner linear damage theory,when the design parameters of waste rubber powder cement concrete pavement are different,the effect of early opening to traffic on the life of waste rubber powder cement concrete pavement was studied.Finally,taking the life loss of <1% as the standard,the paper gives the thickness of the pavement needed to open the traffic at different times in the early stage of waste rubber powder cement concrete strength formation.
