Embedded paste prestressed carbon fiber bending reinforcement is a very effective reinforcement method, which received the extensive concern at home and abroad in recent years, and more and more domestic and foreign experts make a series of research and discussion on it, ButEmbedded paste prestressed carbon fiber bending reinforcement is still less used in practical application. Combined with LanChengYu oil-pipeline bridge in the quake actual testing reinforcement engineering, this paper use MIDAS/CIVIL bridge finite element analysis software to analyze embedded stick of prestressed carbon fiber reinforced technology in the bridge reinforcement engineering.This paper summarizes the existing theoretical and experimental research about embedded stick prestressed reinforcement carbon fiber bending reinforcement, and thenderived the embedded stick prestressed reinforcement carbon fiber bending reinforcement T shape beam theory calculation model,.In the end it analysisthe prestressing loss situation and the crack checking.Establish the embedded stick prestressed reinforcement carbon fiber bending reinforcement rectangular section concrete beam model by bridge structure finite element analysis software MIDAS/CIVIL, through the finite element analysis that the results and experimental results are close to each other, so it can use MIDAS finite element analysis softwarek to simulate embedded stick prestressed reinforcement carbon fiber bending reinforcement. By reusing MIDAS/CIVIL, it respectively established one not reinforced concrete T shape beam and9root by different reinforcing scheme of the reinforcement concrete embedded stick T shape beam model.Then it analysis the reinforcement beams’ deflection and the limit load and fracture development. Compared with the tested results,the computation coincide so muth,which would provide the theoretical analysis basis for engineering application."5.12" wenchuan earthquake have caused a large number of Bridges damaged.Through the bridge testing after the quake, assessment, the investigation and research,it can found that the number of reinforced concrete bridge girder crack is increasingr, the width and the length of crack growed, bending limit bearing capacity of the main girder reduced. Combined with LanChengYu bridge detection reinforcement engineering, it can use MIDAS finite element analysis software to establish the finite element analysis model of embedded stick prestressed reinforcement carbon fiber bending to strengthening the bridge engineering for researching the reinforcement effect,and extended to bridge reinforcement of prestressed obtained. Research shows embedded stick prestressed carbon fiber is a effective method of bridge reinforcement,and provided the beneficial experience.
