In the field of reinforced concrete, because the FRP has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, reinforced concrete can effectively improve the bearing capacity, therefore the technology of fiber reinforced concrete has become the main stream in the industry. Prestressed FRP reinforcement technology which develops gradually is combined with fiber reinforced and prestressed reinforcement technology. However, due to the absence of efficient equipments to prestressed tension of fiber cloth, prestressed FRP reinforcement technology is seldom used in China. In order to promote the using of FRP prestressed concrete technology, the research is based on science and technology and supplemented by experimental analysis, and take the fiber reinforcement of prestressed concrete construction technology as the main content and verified by tirals. The whole research has obtained some regularity understanding, specific content as follows:Firstly, the study refers to the development of current situation in the domestic and international, and analyses the theory and performance of tensioning equipments.The torque wrench is applied in tensioning equipments’ research and development, and verify the application of torque wrench in tensioning equipments by experiments. Several different tensioning equipments have been designed and improved under different conditions, as well as the test of tensioning equipment performance, so the design tensioning equipment can be well applied to prestressed fiber cloth tension.Secondly, the applications of fiber cloth in prestressed concrete reinforcement construction are studied, and the study researches the tensile strength and bond strength of fiber cloth in the application of prestressed concrete reinforcement. The study compare and analysis of the four types of fiber cloth of the performance referring to four common kinds of fiber cloth measured values of the tensile strength and the failure pattern, and verify the Japan toray carbon fiber sheet(CFS) and concrete bonding strength, which satisfied the performance index.Thirdly, the concrete beam is reinforced at the scene of the laboratory simulation by using the laboratory equipment, studied the loss quantity,the loss type of prestressed CFRP,concrete beam flexural capacity and shear capacity. Optimal solution is obtained with the loss capacity loss quantity, the increasing ratio of flexural capacity and shear anchor.Finally, the engineering structure reinforcement and reconstruction in Bengang company, are applied with the prestressed CFRP reinforced concrete beam technology, and through laboratory test of reinforcement effect to guide the engineering construction and test tensioning equipment applicability. Results showed that the reinforced concrete beam with CFRP has gained decent reinforcement effect by using the tensioning equipment.
