In recent years, the global auto industry to develop with each passing day, China’s auto industry is emerging, in the first half of 2009 to more than the United States,become the world’s largest auto sales market. With the increase of car ownership, the number of road traffic accident and the death toll in China is also rising, especially the pedestrian safety status. Pedestrians in a vulnerable road users in position, no shield,seat belts, air bags and other car occupants have protective measures, so the death and injury rates are high. The protection of pedestrians collision has become an important direction of current research of automotive safety. Euro NCAP- will the pedestrian protection in 2003 as a test of new car star rating, also in China on July 1, 2010 the implementation of the "GB/T 24550-2009" vehicle collision protection of the national standard for pedestrians.Based on the national passenger car quality supervision and inspection center to undertake experiment project as sample, using computer simulation and real vehicle experiment with the combination of research methods, the front of a vehicle components on the pedestrian protection situation of the head, thigh, calf, and optimization Suggestions for improvement are put forward. In this paper, the main work is as follows:①through reading references at home and abroad, from the laws and regulations standard, simulation analysis and experimental study on three aspects, this paper discusses the vehicle dynamic study of pedestrian protection present situation and development; Summarizes and expounds the purpose and significance of the topic,introduces the relevant regulations of the subject standard with the experiment.② describes the vehicle to the relevant theoretical knowledge of pedestrian protection. From elaborated the vehicle body structure design theory of collision energy absorption structure design considerations. From the human body anatomy structure of head, legs, this paper expounds the pedestrian and vehicle collision in the human body injury mechanism and tolerance limits. Introduces the E- test method and scoring NCAP principle as well as the testing requirements of GB/T24550-2009 regulations,test and evaluation index.③ discussed the related theory, the finite element analysis and finite element analysis of relevant algorithm are introduced. And then through the analysis of TRLpedestrian protection collision model and establish the corresponding head on collision module, legs under the collision module, collision module three finite element model,finally using the Hyper- mesh software to build the finite element model of pretreatment, the ls-dyna software was used to construct the collision analysis model,calculated the simulation results, and analyzes the results.④relying on the national passenger car quality supervision and inspection center has carried out some models pedestrian module and vehicle collision test. Discusses the car collision protection of pedestrians test system’s test principle, test method, test process and test results, and the test results and simulation results are analyzed in comparison.⑤ NASS(National Accident from the System) National Accident Accident investigation in the Sampling System database of regression analysis was conducted for the damage case. Vehicles related parameters on the people of the lower limbs is studied,the influence of the head and torso injuries and vehicle and pedestrian crash speed parameters on the correlation of pedestrian injury, provide reasonable idea for the optimization of vehicle front model, and according to the problems arising from the experiment and simulation, simulation model and the vehicle front structure optimization and is verified by computer simulation.Innovation point of this thesis: according to simulation the middle and lower leg module maximum dynamic bending the knee Angle and the experimental results of the deflection problem has adjusted the next leg model, and according to the test head collision module CH10 HTC value exceeds bid, the calf collision module top acceleration levels two problems on the front of the vehicle structure optimization, and is verified by computer simulation.
