With the rapid development of science and technology and economy intermediate frequency magnetic field is widely used in biomedical,safety testing, medical equipment and scientific experiments and other areas.People pay more and more attention to detection of the magnetic field and quantitative analysis. But the measurement technology of intermediate frequency strong magnetic field in space point is not perfect,and instruments are not mature at home and abroad.One of the key problems to be solved is spatial point measurement,the measurement precision,dynamic testing and display and the anti-interference etc.This topic is from the national natural science funds in the project about the research and development of intermediate frequency strong magnetic field measuring devices in space point.According to some critical problems about the measuring instrument and sensor for further research, include magnetic field sensors and measurement error analysis, optimization design and the experiment test.The optimization design of Intermediate frequency strong magnetic field sensor, firstly, is to analyze the error about the existing magnetic field sensor. Further research thermal expansion effect, coil winding Angle, interference of outside magnetic field and many factors such as the characteristics of detecting coil in the intermediate frequency magnetic field affect on the accuracy of measurement of the magnetic field sensor. Also designs several Multi-layer coil sensor with a different line diameter different circle number and geometric parameters of the coil. The experiment contrast methods of between the different layers with line diameter and geometric parameters of the coil are to analyze and test the induction coils sensor. And get the following conclusions:(1) the even, multi-layer coil sensor measuring error, lesser, strong anti-interference ability; (2) multilayer magnetic field sensors of the smaller coil diameter have better measuring precision and consistency; (3) The coil sensor with coil dimensions, different line diameter and different layers is basically the same to the measured value of the magnetic field parameters in the same point,That is the measured value is only related to the magnetic field parameters, and is irrelevant to the parameters of the sensor. Finally, combining with spatial point measurement requirements and the test results design new induction coils sensor and testing, the results show that the magnetic field sensors has higher linearity, better measurement accuracy and consistency.Designing intermediate frequency strong magnetic field measuring instrument of the Linux operating system which is the core of micro controller S3C2440A, using Qt write magnetic field signal acquisition interface, realizing the LCD screen dynamic display of magnetic field changes.First of all, analyzing the existing error of magnetic field measurement instrument, detailing analysis of magnetic field signal peak and frequency detection circuit for measuring precision of the effect, optimizing directly ADC sampling after skin signal, adopting the sampling technology and the mean filter technology to improve the resolution of the signal acquisition and signal-to-noise ratio, and realizing the real-time detection and dynamic display of the magnetic field parameters. To test optimized measurement instrument, the results showed that the measurement instrument have better accuracy of measurement.Therefore, the optimized intermediate frequency strong magnetic field space point measurement device has better measurement precision, real-time and consistency, and realizes the Real-time data collection and dynamic display of strong intermediate frequency magnetic field frequency signal...
