Electromagnetic launch technology can meet the demand of hypervelocity projectile in modern war, which is more and more get the attention of the countries all over the world. Railgun, as the most mature Electromagnetic launch technology, is the focus of the electromagnetic launch technology research at home and abroad. Compared with conventional ammunition fuze, railgun smart ammunition fuze research is weak, the existing research has been focused on kinetic energy ammunition fuze. Because of high recoil force and strong electromagnetic interference of railgun ammunition, there are many technical problems of fuze design especially intelligent module anti-interference design, Solve the technical problems, has important practical significance for promoting the development of the current domestic electromagnetic technology and improving the level of ultra-high speed weapon equipment in our country.According to the research status of railgun smart ammunition fuze at home and abroad, the in-bore magnetic field and recoil force environment were studied on the basis of the combination of theory and simulation in the process of railgun fired. The pulsed high magnetic field during electromagnetic launching will have a significant impact on electronic components in projectile. First we use PDE module simulating the speed skin effect during railgun launching in COMSOL, a surface current distribution model is built; then using the model, some shieldings are designed to shield the in-bore high magnetic field during electromagnetic launching. Then the magnetic field module in COMSOL was used to study the shielding effectiveness (SE) of different shielding configurations, including highly conductive shield, highly permeable shield, multilayer shield, and shield with the thickness increase. The simulation conclusions showed:The low frequency feature and high magnetic flux density characteristics limit the shielding effectiveness of high conductivity material and high permeability material, so the electronic components in projectile should be placed in warhead that is away from the armature.For special launch environment of railgun prijectile, the railgun smart ammunition fuze is designed with the aid of existing fuze design technology. The fuze is used redundancy insurance which including recoil force insurance institutions and high magnetic field insurance institutions. A slider is used as the flame-proof institutions, and the magnetic filed insurance institution adopts the control electric circuit, the actuator is a electricity pin pull. In view of the strong magnetic field environment, a shield is designed for the control module, the simulation results conform to the requirements of the circuit.Finally, based on various static experiments of the magnetic fuze insurance prototype machines, verifies the anti-interference ability, the function of intelligent fuze magnetic field insurance and the feasibility of precise timing. the experimental results meet the design requirements.
