With the development of society, the applications of intermediate frequency strong magnetic field are more and more widely used, such as medical applications, non-destructive testing and anti-interference measurement. However, medium frequency alternating magnetic field measurement field is still a problem at present. The issue stems from Research on the New Method of Tumor Therapy in an Alternating Magnetic Field Induced by the Metal Particles of the national fund project follow-up study. Based on previously developed by our group precision rectifier IF alternating magnetic field detector device, but its existence can not achieve three-dimensional measurement, and measurement signal is distorted problems, therefore, we propose the use of FPGA design a model based on system on programmable chip (SOPC) point of the three-dimensional measuring device IF strong magnetic field, strong magnetic field to achieve a three-dimensional high-precision frequency measurements.Based on the requirement of intermediate frequency strong magnetic field measurement, this pager gives an overview of current domestic and international situation alternating magnetic field measurements, and a analysis of three-dimensional magnetic field measuring instrument significance. We determine using Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction to measure intermediate frequency strong magnetic field In the details of the three-dimensional measurements of electromagnetic induction principle, We present SOPC-based three-dimensional A.C magnetic field analyzer system architecture.This paper mainly how to improve the three-dimensional magnetic field detector frequency measurement accuracy, stability, start, mainly to solve the following problems: Firstly.using digital frequency synthesis technology (DDS) creates specific sine wave to achieve system self-test and adjust circuit signal in order to improve the measure system stability and accuracy. Secondly, Focuses on the use of adaptive sampling frequency spectrum transform and spectral correction method to measure the three-dimensional magnetic flux density, through Matlab and Modelsim theoretical simulation proved that the spectrum with the spectrum shift plus correction method for magnetic flux density, which has a better measurement accuracy and anti-jamming and real-time. Thirdly, there use equivalent precision frequency measurement method to measure the alternating magnetic field frequency. In theory, this method is the measurement error of0.0002%, and it can directly increase the frequency of the alternating magnetic field measurement accuracy. Because the frequency of the alternating magnetic field and the calculation of the magnetic flux density, thus this method indirectly improve the measurement accuracy of the magnetic field induction.The simulation and experimental results show that the three-dimensional frequency-based SOPC strong magnetic field measuring instrument, in a chip to achieve spectral transform and spectral correction, self-correcting system conditioning circuit, precision frequency measurement functions, has high measuring accuracy, anti-interference measurement capability and high stability, and also improve instrument’s Portability.
