| Magnetic Fluid Hyperthermia(MFH) technology was much effective in combination therapies for cancer treatment. The basic theory of magnetic fluid hyperthermia is introduced and the development of magnetic heating device for cancer therapy summarized.By analyzing and calculating the high frequency magnetic field parameter, and by referring to design method of induction heating supply, special high frequency magnetic device is mentioned. Process of design is divided to magnet design and circuit design. Design notes of high frequency magnetic device are specified in detail, then main problems in designing process are analyzed. With design instance, the performance of magnetic heating experimental device is evaluated. Parameters of magnetic field produced by the prototype machine are measured by a few method. After the experimental magnetic field generator is completed, some heating experiments of magnetic nano-material are carried out and the result of heating experiments is simply analyzed. The research of magnetic field generator supply a gap of developing of magnetic heating equipment combined with magnetic nano-material, and shows that the remedy of MFH is feasible. The fact proves that the performance of high frequency magnetic field generator is fit with design target by using the design method introduced in this paper. The results suggest that the usefulness of this device for further clinical application, simultaneously, the research on magnetic nano-materials. |
