With the overall progress of the continuous deepening of education reform and quality education, practical education as an important part of China’s socialist education, more and more people concern and attention. Youth practical education base as a branch of school education, it fosters personality, hobbies, interests, expertise and other aspects of the contribution made by all types of education can’t be replaced. Since the founding of our country the youth practical education base from scratch, The construction quantity increase gradually. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 10000 various types of practice bases in all around the whole country, among which there are about 300 students’ out-school integrative practice bases directly by administrated county level or senior education administrations. Since the practice base is a new emerging thing, at present there’s still no mature theory system that can be popularized. The face of the community demand for an innovative personnel training and the emphasis on this strategy, Youth practical education base how to planning and design to meet the young people in the camp, learning, living,entertainment and other various needs, which is the current practical education is facing a major-subject.On the whole, this thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is the study of the relevant theoretical basis. Firstly, through related theory of youth practical education base and the definitions of relevant concepts, clear the research object and scope of the thesis research.Secondly, analysis the nature, characteristics, type, existing problems and restraining factors of the youth practical education base. Furthermore, the main ideas and methods of construction of the youth practical education base of the analysis, mainly from site selection,construction standard, planning mode, function division, mainly components, the Distinguishing Feature Unfolding and operation production management. The second part of the thesis is the part of practice research.Taking Taian Jindou mountain Shan-qing World planning and design as an example,based on the first part of theory research on the theory of youth practical education base, we analyzes the present status of the site, and then describes the design of the base design idea,target, design principle and base location, and applies the methods of the theory of youth practical education base construction to the overall layout. To achieve social benefits and economic benefits, education significance and the purpose of ecological benefit unified, in order to make with characteristic of tai-an regional teenagers practice education base.This study summarized the theory and methods of the youth practical education base.The results complement and perfect the theoretical system of the youth practical education base planning and design. Research on the subject is of great realistic significance to improve the current situation of planning is not scientific and lack of local characteristics of the youth practical education base and guide the future work of youth practical education base planning and design.
