| Large composite residential in the outskirts of metropolitan has existed for a moment within the period of China’s urbanization, and lots of experiences are accumulated during the practices while building this system. This paper is mainly established by the research of Liangzhu New Town. It also make discussions and summaries about the concept of design, the structure of this project, the operation process the mode of operation and etc.In the meanwhile, great changes are taking place in personal consumption, entertainment, transportation and social interactions of urban residents. Under this text, the development of the large composite residential district has big potential and complies with this trend from perspective of social development and improvement of daily life of people.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical and practical strategies for promoting development of large composite residential district in China. This dissertation has original and unique analysis based on an intensive research on typical cases in Hangzhou. It follows a procedure of definition, analysis, and solution. |
