With the development of cement concrete pavement, it is not only promote social andeconomic development at the same time, but also make more and more people have adeeper contact and understanding to cement concrete, let cement concrete to everybodyknow and popular in the whole world. Under the glory of aura, people put forward higherrequirements on the cement concrete pavement of use, durability and long-term stability hasbecome the basic target of modern cement concrete pavement construction. Concretepavement performance improvement, depends on the quality control of mixing process. Forthis purpose, we have launching the following research to the quantitative qualitymanagement in the mixing process of cement concrete.1. In the testing room, we using a small double-shaft mixer, which is have a torquesensor, it can realize with the real-time date acquisition and storage for torque of mixingtime. Analyses the mixing time and stirring speed on the quality of the aggregate mixingprocess, determine the optimal mixing time for the homogeneity of aggregate mixing, setup the relationship between the aggregate mixing uniformity and the relative error of theweight of per unit volume of each shift aggregate, set up the relationship between theaggregate mixing uniformity and torque, set up the relationship between the mixing timeand the aggregate gradation change in the mixing process at the same time, this is provide aresearch idea and material basis for the quantitative research of cement concrete qualitymanagement during the mixing process.2. Analyses the mixing time and stirring speed on the quality of the cement concretemixing process, determine the optimal mixing time for the homogeneity of gap-gradedconcrete and continuous gradation of concrete mixing, determine the optimal feedingsequence for the concrete mixing, set up the relationship between the concrete mixinguniformity and the relative error of the weight of per unit volume of each shift aggregate,set up the relationship between the compressive strength values and the uniformity ofconcrete mixing, also set up the relationship between the torque and the uniformity ofconcrete mixing, which is to realize online real-monitoring of the cement concrete mixingquality. 3. In the testing room, we using a small double-shaft mixer. Analysis the aggregatemoisture content on the quality of the cement concrete mixing, determine the moisturecontent of the aggregate to have a greater impact on the concrete compressive strength andthe value of flexural strength for different grade concrete, it is concluded that the maximumof compressive strength and the value of flexural strength of concrete for keep7days,which is has a certain deviation with the actual, the specific reasons for caused thedeviation need to study further.
