Study On The Management Of Elevator Of Residential Community

With the rapid economic development and urban construction, the elevatorindustry is thriving and being connected to people’s daily life. At the same time, thesafety management of elevator is getting more and more attention from the public. Asthe urbanization deepens, the safety management of elevators in residentialcommunities is emerging as a new problem that needs to be taken care of by thegovernment.Using the theories in Public Administration, the analysis in this essay is based onthe current issues on safety management of residential community elevators. Startingwith the laws and regulations on elevator safety management, this essay studies thegovernment’s responsibilities and the administrative management factors in elevatorsafety management to clarify the government’s duty. Under the current housingsystem and the ownership and usage right of elevators in residential communities, thisessay analyses the use and administrative factors that can cause the elevator safetyproblems. By studying the elevator manufacturers, installation contractors andmaintenance companies in elevator industry, this essay analyses the technicalmanagement factors related to the elevator safety problems. Based on the conclusionsabove, this essay analyses the defects and loopholes of elevator safety management inresidential communities by studying the fundamental reasons of elevator safetymanagement problems from the perspectives of law, management and economy.Based on the theory of residential community management, we try to build a new,comprehensive elevator management that galvanizes the grass root self-governing,government supervision and management company. At the same time, by promotingelevator insurance system and strengthening elevator safety training, we are trying toprovide a better solution for the elevator safety management problems in residentialcommunities.
