Atthe same time, the permeability of distributed power generation become higher and higher, themicro grid has low line loss because source and load is close.According to the installation ofthe micro grid is flexible, the micro grid become hot research in recent years. With thein-depth study of micro grid, With the development of society, the shortcomings of thetraditional power network become more and more gradually, so it is difficult to meet thediversity of needs of users. At the same time, the permeability of distributed power generationbecome higher and higher, the micro grid has low line loss because source and load isclose.According to the installation of the micro grid is flexible, the micro grid become hotresearch in recent years. With the in-depth study of micro grid, how to make the economicoperation of micro grid system becomes the key problem to be solved urgently.This article combines the province electricity demonstrative project of science collegeinternship programs in the micro grid,, the distributed power supply and load characteristicsof hospital actual analysis and according to the manufacturer to provide the device parametersusing PSCAD software build fan, photovoltaic (pv) and mixed energy storage, load and microgrid model. Model based on the source charge structures, micro grid system model to studythe parallel operation of energy management system and off-grid operation characteristics,and based on the different characteristics of two kinds of operation mode, combined with theconstraint conditions and, off-grid scheduling strategy, to achieve the economic operation ofthe micro grid system.After analysis of the primary energy management work scheduling strategy, the firstwork is to predict the distributed micro grid power output, load demand to carry out thecalculation system of power shortage, power unit and the plan of distribution networkdispatching plan. Statistical methods are commonly used multivariate linear regressionalgorithm, artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm and the grey theory algorithm, in which the artificial neural network algorithm has self-learning, self-organizing and adaptive capacitywhile the need to consider many factors, and does not need to input with the determinedrelationship between output variables, the realization of a simple.According to the various factors influencing the load or the power to choose similar day,there will be a similar change rule, therefore, in this paper, the BP neural network based onsimilar day forecast algorithm source load forecast, can improve the precision of prediction.Due to the predicted value will inevitably affect scheduling results, there are some errorreduce its economy. This article will put forward a kind of the source charge to quantifyuncertainty estimation and the regulation of economic operation quantity by this modifiedmethod, and through the case analysis to verify the introduction of risk cost compensationadjustment scheduling of scheduling than directly using the source load forecast is moreeconomical to run the total cost.
