Abstract/Summary:
Automatic quasi-synchronizing grid operation is a basic operation in power systems.In order to avoid excessive winding current caused by the voltage difference, the frequency offset and phase angle difference, we need to give a grid instructions when the errors of the pressure difference、frequency offset and phase difference between power system and power generating units are in the permitted range,and make the generator set smoothly and shocklessly incorporated into power grid. Making use of Rockwell automatic demonstration center,this paper completed the automatic quasi-synchronizing grid device design based on Rockwell two layers of network.This paper reseaches the status quo of automatic quasi-synchronizing grid devices,using the existing experimental synchronous generator as the controlled object setup, studying the conditions of Generator grid and the existing laboratory devices the Rockwell Controllogix control platform.On the basis of familiar with the principles and structure of various devices, select the appropriate components,built to the ControlLogix system as the center, the ControlNet as the link, the ControlLogix5561PLC as the controller,the dc motor speed and synchronous motor voltage as the object of control,the tachogenerator and voltage sensor as testing organization, through the Ethernet establish the connection between the control system and the PC.Firstly, set up communications between equipment and PC.For use of network to control the data transmission and exchange, build a communication channel by RSLinx,and configurate ControlNet by RSNetworx,and then program in the controller by RSLogix5000, realize the communication between the equipments in different network.Secodly,build the mathematical model and research control algorithm implemented. On the basis of analysis the DC motor and its speed control system, establish the mathematical model and speed contol model.Through analysis of synchronous motors and the whole power system grid,get the generator mathematical model and its excitation control system control model.To achieve precise control of the synchronous motor speed and voltage,added PID, fuzzy and fuzzy PID control algorithm to the system, and compared two of those algorithms to achieve a good control effect.This paper can successfully accomplish the network control of the synchronous motor speed and the voltage.and the precise control of the time of electric power grid.System has a certain application value,and has a certain reference value for further study of the automatic synchronizing device、Rockwell Automation Equipment Field Application of the same type of automation equipment.
