Studies On Protection And Utilization Of Qingdao Ba Da Guan Historic District

Qingdao is approved by the State Council of China in1994third batch of nationalhistorical and cultural city. Ba Da Guan is an important part of the historical and culturalcity, is the exclusive units of cultural relics under the national protection in ten historicaland cultural blocks identified in2002in Qingdao city,and it also has been rated as"China’s most beautiful district" and " ten famous historical street in China ", with itsbeautiful district style and distinctive characteristics of the landscape at home, occupiesan important position in the history of China’s city planning, construction, management,history of history, the protection of the comprehensive and scientific in order to achievesustainable development, is the common responsibility of the government, social, public,the Ba Da Guan historic district to protect the development of in-depth study is animportant responsibility of city planning practitioners.This article first described in the introduction of the research background andobject, clear the purpose and significance of the study, theory, method and practice ofdomestic and foreign experience the historical block protection and current protectionsystem and method definitions are summarized, analyzed the current situation ofresearch on Ba Da Guan industry, research methods and thesis structure was determined.The second chapter reviews the formation of Qingdao city and the Ba Da Guan District,the planning history of Qingdao city and Ba Da Guan, with the spatial evolution of cityof Ba Da Guan city block in the whole structure of the location change. The thirdchapter based on the research of the Ba Da Guan, and the Ba Da Guan block protectioncourse combing, analysis of the current problems. The fourth chapter from the part andthe whole relationship starts with an analysis of the historical block in Qingdao city inthe regional features, in the National Historic District range of horizontal analysis refines the features, and the unique features of the system to do the analysis andadvanced features, on the basis of the value evaluation of four aspects of history, culture,art and system. The fifth chapter on the basis of investigation and analysis of evaluation,to protect Ba Da Guan historic district and utilization were studied, and the planningresults do reflection and evaluation of implementation, finally the developmentproposed to the Ba Da Guan historic district follow-up protection a few developmentthinking.
