Research On Regional Characteristics Oriented Space Organization Mode In Loess Plain Region Villages

With years of experience on urban construction, the urban planning systembecomes completed. Different from top-down and final-scheme urban planning system,the tradition village planning is bottom-up and slowly development. However, severalnew villages, especially the ones which proposed by urban planners within a villagecommunity planning today, present a simply barracks fabric.The urban planning system could not completely apply to modern villageplanning. To respect to the bottom-up planning system, a village design should beproposed in the village planning as well as urban design to stop village settlementspace from being similar with urban settlement space, which could also protect theunique characteristics of a particular village.Therefore, this essay based on the research about village space in loess plain area,through study about the relevant theory and practical study and analysis about thetraditional and modern village space, proposed a village design method to protect andkeep the cultural development in loess plain area.This essay focused on research about the relevant theory of village spatialorganization, traditional space organization, current fabric and development trend ofthe village, also the suitability of village spatial form in loess plain area. To be specific,firstly, on traditional village spatial elements and its influence factors, collected, studyand analyzed the relevant studies as the fundamental foundation of research; secondly,picked up famous historical villages in loess plain area as case study; thirdly, chose aun-planned village which rely on the agriculture industry as basic income, analyzed and presented the problem of current spatial organization; and finally, with above studyand conclusion, based on the development trend of village in loess plain area, proposeda village spatial organization form which could fit for modern village.Through above research, this essay, on one hand, practiced and analyzed about thetraditional village space, researched the regional feature of spatial organization methodin loess plain area; on the other hand, proposed practical design method withintraditional village spatial organization in modern times.
