With the continuous increase in the consumption of water, low pressure areaexpands unceasingly, water supply safety reduce. Due to the above problems, beimperative pipe network transformation.Based on the investigation and Analysis on the present situation of deep water in Loess Hilly Region of Northern Shanxi and the main problems to make more detailedunderstanding, pointed out that compared with other areas in the region characteristic ofwater supply planning, puts forward the key problems in design of water supply systemin the area. And in Shenmu county as an example to analyze the water supply plan,provide a reference for the transformation of old urban water supply problems in Hillyand gully region of northern Shanxi.
