Based on the actuality of aircraft assembly of AVIC Shenyang aircraft industry(Group) Company Limited and combined with actual work needs and detailsexisting in process of aircraft assembly that will affect aircraft manufacturingseriously, this paper adopts digital detection method to analyze the deviationquantitative detection technology so as to break the shackles and implement thebreakthrough that the actual needs of production can combine with theory closely.Aircraft assembly is a crucial process in aircraft manufacturing industry. At present,It is can be sad that advanced assembly technology and simulation technology suchas flexible assembly greatly promote productivity of aircraft assembly,shorten thetime of manufacturing cycle and reduce rework rate. However, domestic assemblydetection can hardly meet tooling detection in the environment of advancedassembly technology, leading to flight accidents frequently. Based on the abovereasons, It is the focus in this paper that is how to change the traditional aircraftdesign and manufacturing mode, shorten the aircraft production cycle, reduce theproduction cost and carry out the assembly inspection efficiently and optimally. Inaddition, no matter how advanced assembly technology is, it is inevitablephenomenon that there the deviation of out of tolerance in assembly of parts and inthe process of components docking. timeliness and accuracy of these deviationanalysis affects the cycle of aircraft development. Now the military aircraft updatefrequently. Increase of each generation will put forward requests for overallperformances of the aircraft. While used scientific means to strengthen the assemblytechnology, detection technology assembly results must follow the pace of the times.Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a technical means that can judge thesource of error quickly and accurately.At present method of detection methods and means in aircraft assembly process arenot exactly the same in domestic and international aircraft manufacturing industryand are widely concerned. the means of digital technology that is used extensivelyin actual production are more varied and complex.But how to better achieve thepurpose that the real-time detection bias is simple and high efficiency in thedomestic production process became a big problem for the aircraft manufacturingenterprises in aircraft assembly process. Through scientific research and theoretical analysis of formulism for targets tested, on the premise of considering the actors ofactual aircraft assembly environment,select the typical surface to study andanalyses assembly error of surface tested, Ultimately choose the reverse scanningtechnology as entry point,emphasis on multiple aspects, such as strict requirementsof surface tested for the detection equipment, method analysis of reverse technologyfor assembly detection, the process of efficiency comparison analysis fordetection data.
