The method of assembly deviation analysis of flexible parts plays an important guiding role in predicting assembly coordination and improving the quality of aircraft products.Super stiffness matrix is used in traditional method of assembly deviation analysis to improve efficiency.However,in the actual analysis,the extraction and processing steps of the hyperelement stiffness matrix are cumbersome,making the assembly deviation analysis process complicated,which seriously affects the availability of traditional methods.Thus in this paper,the flexible assembly deviation analysis system is developed to output assembly deviation directly according to boundary constraints,in which the finite element method is used to encapsulae computing framework of assembly deviation.In addition,the sensitivity matrix used in the traditional analysis is derived from the theoretical model.However,analysis result computed by traditional methods is inaccurate because of the shape error between theoretical mathematical model and actual mathematical model.Therefore,an improved method of assembly deviation analysis is presented in this paper,based on theoretical mathematical model and error source data,which use mesh deformation to obtain fitting model to analyse assembly deviation.It is hoped that the system can improve the accuracy of analysis and simplify the process simultaneously.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Use hyperelement stiffness matrix to establish traditional assembly deviation calculation framework.,and the limitations of using hyperelement stiffness matrix are described.To simplify the calculation procedure of traditional assembly deviation,the finite element method is used to encapsulate the assembly deviation calculation.(2)Theoretical mathematical model is used to analyse assembly deviation in traditional method,whose accuracy is studied in this paper.An improved method of assembly deviation analysis is proposed,which uses mesh surface deformation method to obtain approximation model,based on the theoretical mathematical model and error source data.The model is then used for assembly deviation analysis.An aluminum sheet metal assembly is carried out to verify the accuracy of the new method.(3)Aircraft flexible parts assembly deviation analysis system is developed by using C++、OpenGL and COM technology.The above method is realized in system to prove an effective platform for analysis of assembly deviation of flexible parts.Finally,fuselage panel assembly is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the system.
