| The accuracy of aircraft assembly is an important indicator of the quality of aircraft products.With the development of modular design and the increase in complexity,the problems of assembly accuracy and reliability have become increasingly prominent.In aircraft assembly accuracy,the intersection accuracy is the most difficult content to control and improve,the gradual development of various assembly technologies and the continuous improvement of various performance indicators of aircraft have all put forward more stringent requirements for aircraft assembly coordination technology,among which the wing multi-point assembly coordination technology is a major problem in aircraft manufacturing process technology.This paper has carried out research on the installation accuracy control of a wing intersection joint of a certain type of aircraft.The main research contents are as follows:This paper introduces the development of digital assembly technology at home and abroad,discusses the research background and application of aircraft assembly coordination technology,expounds the research significance of the installation accuracy control of the intersection joint of the wing of a certain aircraft,and gives the overall framework and organizational structure of this paper.First,starting from the typical structure and assembly process of the wing box,the typical assembly process plan was analyzed,and the characteristics of the positioning scheme selection and the assembly deviation transmission were analyzed,which laid the foundation for the subsequent analysis of the assembly deviation of a certain wing box.Then,based on the actual assembly of the outer wing box of a certain type of aircraft,a comparative analysis of the assembly and assembly deviations of the outer wing box of traditional tooling and digital chemical equipment is carried out.Based on the force analysis and finite element analysis,the level of the outer wing box after the rack is removed.The analytical calculation of the engine intersection point accuracy under the four-point support state indirectly demonstrates the rationality of the engine intersection point tolerance allocation.In the end,through the optimization of process flow,optimization of gasket measurement and processing methods,use of pre-fasteners,and research on finishing processes,etc.,the assembly accuracy of a certain type of engine engine suspension intersection was improved. |
