| With the rapid development of economy in the world, the construction industrydevelops fast, and the large-scale projects are constantly improving the managementrequirements. Though project organization structure model has been commonly usedin current projects, its communication and control is inefficient, with low efficientinformation exchanges and the process of integration inadequacy in the projectmanagement process, which leads to frequent changes in design, hinders theoptimization of project resources and delays the project schedule. Therefore, how toimprove the organization management efficiency and guarantee the successfulcompletion, has become a widely concerned topic in the project management research.In this article, the concepts are as follows:(1) On the basis of the Concurrent Engineering, this article introduces the idea ofconcurrent engineering into engineering project management; In order to enhance theefficiency of the project organization management, project organizationreconstruction is necessary. The article proposed a new project organization structure,and adopted the model of integrated project team, then reorganized the projectmanagement process, organically integrated the design and the work ofimplementation phase, considered each process based on the overall, integrated andsystematic perspective, so as to optimize the aim of the project;(2) This article introduces the new method of project schedule andmanagement——critical chain method, and then elaborates the main idea andassumption theory, constructs the model of project schedule, introduces a new methodin setting buffer quantities based on PERT, and uses the buffer management to controlproject schedule, and applies critical chain method to the project schedule plan,coordination and management reasonably.(3) Take a project as examples, this article used critical chain method to improvethe traditional project schedule management plan, and to resolve resource conflicts inthe project management process based on concurrent engineering; It set up models ofCPM/PERT scheduling and critical chain scheduling based on project organizationreconstruction. At last, it compared the effect of the two scheduling models by theMonte Carlo simulation, indicating that the critical chain method.has advantagestowards the traditional method. |
