As the national highway construction investment increased, the west highwayconstruction develops quickly. Because of the highway subgrade geology,hydrologicalcondition,and the long time dynamic and static load effects,the highway asphalt pavementsuffered damage, the rack, rut,loose,flushing disease,has a seriously effect on the operationlife of road and traffic safety.Therefore, it has great significance to evaluate the pavementperformance condition of asphalt pavement and research on maintenance countermeasures.Since the S102line K0+000to K32+275the Yingbing road to Wujiangqu in Urumchiput into use, with the unfavorable factors such as vehicle load repeated action, asphalt agingand temperature stress,the highway pavement appeared the transverse crack, longitudinalcrack, loose, rutting disease, etc.Through the survey and assessment as well as the micro tableplace for pavement diseases preventive maintenance technology research, design the bestmaintenance plan.First of all,the thesis had a investigation the disease for the S102lineK0+000to K32+275the Bingjiang road to Wujiangqu in Urumchi,used the pavementperformance index (PQI), the pavement structure strength index(PSSI) to assess the roadsurface condition, and analyzed of the cause of the main diseases,based on it we got the wholeroad asphalt surface conditions, provided data preventive maintenance plan design.Throughthe research on the maintenance plan economic benefit,maintenance standards and Slurry seal,micro-sufacing, crushed stone seal, fog seal etc.preventive maintenance measures, choose thelower cost, good effect micro table place seal technology as the asphalt pavementmaintenance scheme.Secondly,researched on the micro table place maintenance of asphaltpavement design method, the step,the material requirements, the scope of mixture gradation,sand equivalent are studied, on this basis, had the mix proportion experiment, according to thetest results determine the optimal mixing proportion of the micro table place mixture for:stone: emulsified asphalt: water: packing=100:12.7:10:2.Finally,used the S102line K0+000to K32+275the Bingjiang road to Wujiangqu in Urumchi as an example, put forward themicro table place maintenance plan, to control the technical application process andconstruction quality, for all sorts of problems encountered in construction process, putforward the corresponding method of treatment.Through the research of the micro table place preventive maintenance technology used inthis project, had very important significance to improve the driving comfort, prevent thefurther development of highway disease, prolong the service life of road, to reduce the roadmaintenance fee. The road conditions after the maintenance showed that the micro table placetechnology application in the project was succeed, it can be used widely in the region.
