Application Research On Preventive Maintenance Technology Of Cold-paved Asphalt Pavement

Asphalt pavement cold-laid preventive maintenance technologies include micro-surfaces,emulsified asphalt cap seals and many other technologies,which can be used as overcoats for preventive maintenance of various grades of asphalt pavement,or micro-surfaces and Asphalt gravel seals and other combinations are used in asphalt pavement maintenance projects.This technology has become a relatively mature maintenance technology in my country and has been widely used in my country for many years.At this stage,due to different construction subjects’ awareness of the technical quality control of micro-surface parts,the construction quality is good or bad.The paper studies the application of the micro-surface in special environments such as low temperature,high humidity,no light,no wind,relatively complex traffic conditions,tunnel maintenance and night construction,and the need to open traffic as soon as possible,and analyzes through engineering examples.After a large number of experimental studies,it is found that the cleanliness of the fine aggregate not only affects the workability of the slurry mixture,but is also closely related to the durability of the micro-surface.Therefore,the sand equivalent of the fine aggregate should be controlled above 70%.When aggregates with a particle size of 5-10 mm account for 27%to 28%,the structure of the slurry mixture is similar to the suspension-dense structure in asphalt concrete;the emulsified asphalt at the fast micro-surface adjusts the acid value of the matrix asphalt through additives.Using simple linear fatty acid-based multi-head emulsifiers,the initial strength formation time of the slurry mixture is increased from 2 hours to 15 minutes.This article analyzes the construction quality control and common problem handling of the micro-surface from the two aspects of raw materials and construction technology,which has a strong guiding significance for the construction of high-performance micro-surface and its composite structure;Through the study of chemical demulsification of the slurry mixture system,the micro-surface area is applied to the tunnel maintenance project,and the micro-surface area and the synchronous gravel seal layer or the ultra-thin and ultra-viscous wear layer are formed into a composite structure layer.Enlarging the application scope of the micrometer has certain engineering guiding significance.
