Research On Energy Efficiency Design Strategy Of Commerce Synthesis

As we all knowe, commercial development has contributed to the progress for theeconomy and civilization. With the fast growth of the continuous expansion of city scale a ndthe social economy, the early open-air markets has become a modern shopping center,commercial complex etc.. Now, commercial complex attracts people with its unique charm,which has become an indispensable part of urban life, the cluster of trend.With the continuous improvement of people’s consumption level and living standards, therequirements for comfort in commercial complex becomes higher and higher, at the same time,it also brings a lot of question in energy consumption. As a typical public building, citycommercial complex’s energy consumption problem has became an important part of theproblem to be solved in design. Research on commercial complex energy efficiency design cannot only reduce the energy consumption of the building, ease tens ions city energy supply, butalso can use its wide social influence to promote the energy-saving awareness and knowledge inthe whole society.In this paper, the energy efficiency as the commercial complex building is the mainresearch object, based on large number of acquisition work and field research, by using thetheoretical analysis and the summary method, it makes a preliminary study on energy savingdesign strategy of the commercial complex building. Firstly, from the aspect of the energyefficiency of public buildings, the characteristics of commercial complex building’s energyconsumption are analyzed, and dose investigation in a certain case; secondly, combined theenergy consumption characteristics and investigation result, the factors related to theconstruction of energy-efficient design of commercial complex are discussed; finally, combinedwith the analysis of related factors, by using theory and summarized methods, the paperdiscusses commercial complex in the overall layout, function and space, system supportingstructure and the energy saving equipment system was, and put forward to the constructiondesign of the passive and active commercial complex design strategy of energy conservation.In this paper, from the aspect of the present situation and the demand of public buildingenergy saving, on the basis of analysis in research on commercial complex building types,related factors combined, using case analysis and theoretical summary method, relevant issuesaffecting commercial complex energy consumption are discussed,and puts forward the practicalcommercial complex building energy saving design strategy. By this, the paper hopes to providesome guidance on modern commercial complex buildings energy-saving design to a certainextent.
