With the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for energy is expanding rapidly,which leads to the contradiction between supply and demand of energy.Building energy consumption is a key component of terminal energy consumption in our country,so energy management in the construction field plays an important role in the cause of energy conservation and emission reduction in China.Improving energy efficiency and reducing the cost of energy use have attacted more and more attention of the construction industry and academia.In the building energy consumption,the proportion of energy consumption of public buildings is about thirty percent.Therefore,it is very significant to study the energy management of public buildings.Research status and achievements at home and abroad on the building energy conservation,building energy management and energy management system have been analyzed.And combined with the mode and status of China's public building energy management,the thesis analyzes the goal and future development direction of energy management.On the basis of this,the thesis analyzes the energy efficiency and designs the management system of public buildings with Distributed Energy Station of Wuhan International Expo Centre as the object of empirical study.The specific research work has been carried out as follows: First of all,the operating efficiency status of energy equipment is analyzed,and the evaluation of the boiler heating system and centrifugal refrigeration system gets the highlighting.Also,the thesis analyzes the possible causes for the low efficiency and proposes some suggestions.Meanwhile,the energy consumption prediction model of Distributed Energy Station based on BP neural network is constructed,and the Matlab's code is designed to expand energy consumption prediction,realizing the function and verifing the feasibility of the model.The thesis helps the energy managers make reasonable anticipation of the building energy consumption trend and make full preparation for taking further measures of energy management.Last but not least,combined the energy management method with BIM technology,the energy management system of public buildings based on BIM platform is constructed.The thesis also designs and implements the functions of the system.It is hoped that this system can be considered as a reference and guidance for the practical work of energy management in public buildings.The thesis explores the method of public buildings' energy efficiency evaluation and energy consumption prediction,and builds the energy management system of public buildings based on BIM technology,making full use of the advantages of BIM to the energy management work.It is expected that the thesis provides a forceful theoretical support,reliable guidance and experience for relieving energy shortages and improving the energy management efficiency of public buildings.
