Research On Creative Experience Design For Humanized Inner Space In RV

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, and rise of people’s averageincome. Consumers are demanding more personalized travel experience alone withincreasing expectation of a user friendly experience. The recreational vehicle as theresponse of such trend have becoming increasingly popular. However due to lack ofergonomics design as well as the experience in RV interior design, China is far behindwestern nations. The main reason behind lack of ergonomics are; there are manydesigning elements comes into design an Recreational Vehicle (RV) which each of theseelement have complex designing issues, while in China the RVs are designed by using theexisting frame and interior design layout. It’s rare for designer to take the considerationsof the domestic user; secondly, the designing team does not understand the end user’sexperience in a real life situation in things such as space allocation, and interior design arethe main cause of lack in ergonomics.The following thesis base on the overall design of the Recreational Vehicle and takethe interior design of the RV as a core value of the vehicle. By analyzingthe interior andusing the agronomical effectiveness as evaluation reference in order to discussthefundamental requirement and regulations of designing a user friendly RV, as well as itsproblems. By use ‘user friendly” as the basis for design thinking, and apply the studies onergonomics, environmental psychology and design aesthetics to provides a correspondingsolution, and also combine with the features of RV design to promote a series of designprinciples. Lastly apply these requirement, regulations and principle on to a specific RVinterior design to prove the concept.
