Development of enterprise is more and more fast so that realize networkinginformationalized production system is the inevitable trend of modern enterprisedevelopment.To enhance the ore terminal operating line information level, productionefficiency and economic benefit, Caofeidian Industrial Port Company Limited combinedthe control system with the information system together.This paper takes the ore dock ship unloading line control system as the foundation,realize the information management of production system. First of all, analyse thecharacteristics of ore terminal control system of ship unloading line and ship unloadingmachine, belt machine, electronic belt scale equipment operation process. Secondly,research information system based on FactoryTalk, J2EE and Oracle. Thirdly, completedthe design of control system of information. Design the control system hardware designand software programming in view of the wharf ship unloading line operation; given theE-R diagram, and complete the database structure design.Finally, the informationmanagement system is applied to the ore dock ship unloading line, wherein the controlsystem data are transferred through the bus site to PLC, PLC will insert data into Oracledatabase through the FactoryTalk periodically. Then, programme the data managementWeb-page, makes the staff in the office will be able to view the terminal real-timeproduction. Data will be stored in the information system, be managed, calculated, andthen generate various types of required reports.This paper establishs comprehensive information network platform to connectindustrial field equipment layer with control layer, based on industrial control system asthe foundation, solved the problems that traditional manual calculation is bad real-timeperformance, low efficiency and poor accuracy.
