With the development and globalism of the world economy, more and more manufacturing factories transferred from developed country to developing country. The increasing of large item investment also brings the demand for heavy cargoes such as large facilities and construction facilities, and such heavy cargoes can be only transported by shipping. It is difficult for them to be unshipped by traditional means to be loaded and unloaded with crane because of the greatness, weight and irregularness. So the heavy cargoes lift and slippage system is designed in this thesis. Because of its huge size and weight, great influence have been given to the floatability and stability when the huge cargo is unloading, so it's very important to control ship's floatability to ensure safety when the heavy cargo is unloaded through Slipping.At present, ship unloading accidents of heavy cargoes happen frequently. So how to devise appropriate scheme and adjust ballast water to ensure barge's floatability and stability at the process of unloading ship is very important. The main research of this thesis focus on that problems, the main content in the paper can be included as follows:1) The configuration and working principle of heavy cargoes lift and slippage system are analyzed in detail.2) Based on analysis of load variance of slippage unloading ship process and ship statics theory, combining the heavy cargoes lift and slippage system's characteristics, the adjusting control model of ballast water is established. And through optimality analysis of adjust of ballast water during process of slippage unloading ship, build general optimizing model to ensure barge's stability.3) There are different working schemes for the heavy cargoes lift and slippage system according to the different working circumstances. Based on this, taking VB as exploitation tool in windows platform, the working decision-making software of the heavy cargoes lift and slippage system is developed to improve management.4) Using OpenGL to build three-dimensional scene, emerge temporal and spatial variation of every system distinctly during dynamic process of slippage unloading ship, implement visualization of process of slippage ship unloading of the heavy cargoes.
