Since the mid-20th century, the application of information technology whichevolves from a single application of the70s, program system applications of the80s,systems integration program of the90s to the current web-based collaborative workplatform is gradually deepening. At the same time, production efficiency andmanagement level of the construction industry is constantly evolving and progressing.However, compared with the manufacturing, the depth and breadth of constructioninformatization is still relatively backward and there is a huge "digital divide"between the two industries. Faced with increasingly fierce market competition andcomplex industry environment, construction companies urgently need to change thecurrent management techniques and methods to enhance the competitiveness andadaptability.As the highest code of conduct complied by both sides in construction process,contract is both the management objective of project progress and reference ofvarious economic activities implemented by the project participants. The ownerscommission project tasks, control project progress and resolve work conflicts anddisputes all through contract. Contract management which has a special status in thefield of project management is the working guide of other functions such as costmanagement, schedule management, quality management and informationmanagement and plays an important role in the overall control of projectimplementation.This paper intends to combine the characteristics of construction projects to analysisthe detailed requirements of contract management information system for constructionenterprises taken Yangtze River Bridge project in a city as an example. Based on B/Ssystem design mode, the target system will work to achieve track management andcontrol of the whole process for the project contract work. In addition to having thefunction of collection, processing, storage and query of contract data, the system is moreimportant to reflect the transformation of intelligent and standardization of businessprocess implemented by the enterprise in order to achieve the collaborative optimizationof overall project management functions. Firstly, this paper reviews the development status of construction projectinformationization at home and abroad and application trends of contract managementinformation system for identifying objectives, content, methods and technology roadmapof the research. Secondly, combined with the relative theory of management informationsystems and construction contract management, this article analyzes the typical businessprocesses of enterprise contract management, identifies the functional structure ofcontract management information systems in construction projects and describes the dataprocessing of each module of the system in detail. Finally, this study designs user rightsand related rules of the system, analyzes the information carrier of system modules andverifies the effectiveness of system requirements analysis in order to draw conclusionsand make suggestions for further research.Taken Yangtze River Bridge project in a city as an example, this paper seek theanalysis methods of construction contract management system and the developmentthought of information system, improves the efficiency and effectiveness of projectmanagement by promoting the rapid development of construction projectinformationization and saves all kinds of resources for making contract managementworkflow more intelligent and standardized.
