With the gradual implementation of national energy policy, and thepower capacity of single wind turbine generator is becoming bigger andbigger, the construction of wind farm is faster and faster, problems aboutshaft torque balance and real power balance are becoming more and moreprominent.Shaft and active power are the main factors for normaloperation of wind turbine generator, torque balance of shaft and activepower balance are the basic conditions for wind turbine generator toproduce electricity. It will cause torsional vibration of shafting if thetorques acting on the shaft are unbalance, sometimes the shaft may break,there is no doubt that these will do harm to the normal operation of windturbine and wind farm.The characteristics of contact and non-contact torque measurementmethods are analyzed systematically, to solve the deficiencies of existingmeasurement methods, put forward a new type of Phase differencemeasurement of torque which based on the principle of electromagneticinduction, and then the new Phase difference measurement of torque andpower of high precision and on real-time of the shaft torque can come true.Do some Simulation of the established shaft and active powermeasurement system by using Simulink software; the new Phasedifference measurement of torque is verified by using the Phase differencemeasurement of torque model, get a large number of experimental andsimulation data, deal with and analysis the obtained data, get a series dataof the axis torque, the torsional vibration state, the torque ratio and thereal-time data, and then verify the real-time and accuracy of the new Phase difference measurement of torque based on the principle ofelectromagnetic induction, and provides a new way to solve the problem oftorque measurement of wind turbine on operation, and also provides somecertain technical support and guarantee for the real-time monitoring of thestate of wind turbine shafting torsional vibration and gear box fault state.
