Prefabricated construction mode with its characteristics of short construction cycle,energy saving,environmental protection to cater to the trend of modern housing industry developing fast,although our country has carried out the study of prefabricated construction work already,but compared with foreign developed countries,the relatively small size of prefabricated construction in our country,the relevant technical level is relatively backward,which makes the prefabricated construction cost relatively cast-in-situ construction cost on the high side,seriously hindered the rapid development of prefabricated construction and its application in the mass,so the prefabricated construction project cost analysis,find the key factors that affect the project cost,and effectively reduce the prefabricated construction project cost measures for its better development has the vital significance in the future.Prefabricated construction project cost occurred in all phases of the project implementation of the cost in the construction stage analysis to study the generation and control must have certain one-sidedness,cannot fully indicates that the key factors affecting the cost effectively,in order to solve this problem,based on consulting a large number of journal literature,on the basis of the relevant theory of system dynamics modeling method and combined with prefabricated construction project cost control,making full use of the characteristics of the system dynamics is highly dynamic,systematic and holistic from project design,production,transportation and installation of four stages analyzed prefabricated construction cost of the project,through the construction of prefabricated construction cost control SD model,makes the results more scientific and reasonable.At first,this paper expounds the concept,type,function and characteristics of prefabricated construction and project cost control concept,significance,and on this basis,this paper introduces the concept of system dynamics,the emergence and development of characteristic and thought,introduces the system dynamics modeling steps,and then through the analysis demonstrated that apply system dynamics to fabricated the necessity and feasibility of the construction project cost control.Secondly,introduces several kinds of commonly used engineering project cost control method,and analyzes them in the cost control on the advantages and disadvantages,and then system dynamics with the cost of these commonly usedcontrol methods are compared,and the results show that the system dynamics in prefabricated construction cost control on the advantage of sex is stronger.Again,based on the principle of necessary contracted for prefabricated building costs influence factors in the selection,and puts forward the cost control problems for the study of dynamic hypothesis,and on this basis,draw the causality diagram,cost control is a list of all the variables tree graph and the cause of the result tree diagram,and successfully build the stock flow diagram of the system.Then using VENSIM software system dynamics to the authenticity of the test,the model parameters test and dimensional consistency test,finally has carried on the simulation analysis to the model.Last X prefabricated building strength,for using VENSIM software to emulate the SD model of prefabricated construction project cost analysis,find out the key factors of affecting the project cost,and it is concluded that the prefabricated construction cost control of specific measures,for the development of prefabricated construction rationalization opinions and Suggestions were put forward.
