With the growth of economic and the progress of social, people are increasinglydemanding on the environment of comfortable,healthy and efficient.However,at thesame time the energy consumption in large-scale public building growth faster.According to statistics results show tha the proportion of large public buildings in urbanarea is about4%,but in the process of use energy, and its air conditioning, heating,ventilation, lighting and so on energy has reached30%of the total energyconsumption.Thus,it is necessary to take effective measures to suppress the high energyconsumption in the large public buildings,As far as improve utilization rate of energyconsumption of buildings, as well as healthy and efficiency of the indoorenvironment.This dissertation deals with aimed at solving the problem of the large publicbuildings energy consumption, inaccurate data measurement of the indoorenvironment,and imperfect regulation of physical fitness.Fistly, based on ZigBeetechnology, the wireless monitoring system of large-scale public buildings is set up,andthrough the GPRS network for the data remote transmission; Secondly, this paperdiscusses the influencing factors of large public buildings energyconsumption.According to the features of the energy consumption influencing factors,the PSO-BP algorithm based on gray prediction model for the energy consumptionproblem is proposed. According to the date of a large public building in xian,use Matlabprogramming, analysis of the experimental results and illustrates that the model is corretand effective in the advantage of large public buildings energy consumptionprediction; At the same time, the indoor environment quality index system wasestablished, and then the AGA-PPGE (Accelerating Genetic Algorithm-Projection Pursuit Grade Evaluation) for evaluating the indoor environment quality ispresented.Thus, a more scientific and accurate evaluation for the indoor environmentcan be achieved; Finally, in order to solve the problem of large public buildingsenergy consumption, mass data storage problems of indoor environment, on the basis ofthe database design steps, using the SQL Server2008database development tools toset up the large-scale public building indoor environment quality parameter database.The indoor environment quality evaluation information management system isdeveloped by using VB language.The purpose of management the indoor environmentquality is achieve ultimately.This research is based on data, applied algorithm analysis, with the hard and softdynamic mastered the energy consumption of large-scale public building. Providescience and effective methods to realize saving energy are presented. To lay the basisfor create a healthy, comfortable, efficient work environment.
